Can a doctror deny a visit if you filed against him?

This is really 2 questions. First, the doctor cannot expect, demand, or request any payment from you. You may pay voluntarily, but if you were my client I'd recommend against out because the debt is so high. Second, the doctor could refuse to treat or you could agree to pay him the new charges after each future visit.

Can I keep my car after bankruptcy?

Most debtors keep their vehicles in chapter 7 bankruptcy under Colorado exemption law. It depends on how much equity you have in the vehicles and whether you are current on any vehicle loans. Get a free consultation with an experienced bankrupty attorney, since more facts are needed to determine if you lose your car in bankruptcy.

Will the new trustee take into account my new job?

It is unusual for a trustee to modify a plan payment due to an increase in income. It is unnecessary for you to file an amended schedule I and J to reflect this changer, unless the trustee requires it.
