You first need to contact the provider of the certificate and get a copy. Then you need to file a motion to reopen your case so you can file the B23. It will cost you $260.00 to reopen.

What will happen if I have a court date for an unpaid bank loan?

Answered by attorney Daniel A. Edelman
Bankruptcy lawyer at Edelman, Combs, Latturner & Goodwin, LLC

There is no minimum limit, but your entire situation needs to be considered to determine what is best for you. You should consult a bankruptcy attorney who can consider all of the appropriate factors in your case.
