If the Trustee is asking for an appraisal of your real estate, an opinon from Zillow won't be what you paid for it. Get an appraisal from a certified appraiser, who will need to inspect inside and outside of the property. Expect to pay in the range of $300 for a professional appraisal.

You can refile your Chapter 13, unless the court issued a bar to refilling. If you do refile, you must file a motion (request) to extend the automatic stay. This request must be heard by the judge within the first 30 days after filing your petition. If you do not file this request, the automatic stay will expire 30 days after filing.

File a dispute with the creditor if current information is being reported about this debt, but you need to understand that a credit report is a history of your use of debt and you can't just erase history with a bankruptcy.
