Is there something I can do, or have someone review my chapter 13 if I never had a hearing or no guidelines but it’s on my credit report?

I recommend that you consult with a bankruptcy attorney. There are too many unknowns in your question to be able to offer anything useful in this format.

How long after bankruptcy do I have to wait to buy a home?

John A Moffa
Answered by attorney John A Moffa (Unclaimed Profile)
Bankruptcy lawyer at Moffa & Breuer, PLLC
You can buy one after you receive your Chapter 7 or 13 discharge. If you need a mortgage from a bank, they will almost never consider you until at least one year after you receive your discharge and some are now requiring that you wait two years.

Can you sell a house and property after a sheriff sale is issued?

Answered by attorney Stuart M. Nachbar
Bankruptcy lawyer at Law Office of Stuart M. Nachbar, P.C.
That depends on whether the Sheriff Sale has taken place, on whether you have used your adjournments and whether the sale of the property will take out the full amount due and owing to the Bank, including all foreclosure fees, and Sheriff's Commissions.
