Can I still file bankruptcy given our living situation?

Many people can file for bankruptcy but the more important consideration is what the result of such filing potentially could be. For example will you be able to successfully discharge all or part of your debts if you choose to file and whether you will be required to liquidate non-exempt assets for the benefit of your creditors. Nothing you mentioned here prevents you from filing a bankruptcy case. However, you'll want to discuss the details of income, assets, debts, and living expenses with a bankruptcy attorney to determine if you qualify for chapter 7 discharge and whether your assets are exempted.

How can I put Undue Hardship to my Chapter 7 Bankruptcy that has been discharged since 2007?

Your question makes no sense. There is nothing special about a consolidation loan that would require you to obtain an "undue hardship" order. Are you listening to your creditors for legal advice? This may be a violation of the bankruptcy discharge which is actionable and could put some money in your pocket if you are represented by a competent bankruptcy litigation attorney.

I need to file bankruptcy how do I?

I am not in a position to explain in a limited number of characters how to file bankruptcy without attorney representation. Too many things can go wrong to take this kind of risk and the cost to hire an experienced attorney to represent you is really quite modest. I can tell you that I have represented other attorneys, doctors and even the staff employed at the bankruptcy court, and if these educated & experienced people feel they need a lawyer to represent them, why would you feel you do not need representation?
