If it's an auto loan, the creditor is entitled to repo the cars but they are not allowed to harass you for payment.

In general, if you paid off your title loan via Chapter 13, you will receive clear title to the car once the bankruptcy is complete (discharged).

You need a tax controversy lawyer. Bankruptcy will stop (rather than putting it temporarily on hold) tax collection only if it has been at least two years since the tax returns were filed and you can file a chapter 7.
