If the lease expires, there is no lease. The landlord can evict the tenant once the bankruptcy case is closed.

Assuming that a balance still remains on the credit card, it really depends on what the credit card agreement states.  You need to read the terms of the contract you agreed to when you started the credit card account. Each case is different, and needs to be examined individually. You should contact a local attorney to discuss your case. This is not intended to be legal advice, and is general in its nature. How do I respond to a summons for bad credit card debt?

You should file for bankruptcy immediately if there is no hope that your situation will change. Even if you don't appear in court and the bank wins the lawsuit, you can still file for bankruptcy protection later on.
