Rollins, Smalkin, Richards & Mackie, L.L.C. is a law firm established in 1919 with an office in Baltimore, MD. At this office location, there are 15 lawyers practicing general practice, insurance defense, complex insurance coverage and 14 other areas of law.
I never actually met him in person (he was appointed on behalf of my insurance company) but to the best of my knowledge, he did everything that needed to be done on my behalf in a timely and accurate manner. He always responded to any emails or telephone calls that I made within 24 hours (although it was usually sooner than that.)
