  Served as first chair counsel in a jury trial in the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County in a case brought by an employer alleging that a competitor engaged in unfair competition
  that its employees breached non-solicitation covenants. The jury awarded the client all actual damages
  attorney's fees.
  Served as first chair counsel in an arbitration before the Consumer Protection Division of the Maryl
  Attorney General's Office in a Plaintiff's claim involving breach of contract
  unfair competition claims. Obtained favorable judgment from arbitrator.
  Represented a large manufacturer in a Magnuson Moss warranty class action in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
