Hired Attorney Richard Shapiro

Helpful. Won my traffic case. Easy to deal with. Very good with traffic accidents. Honest. Explained everything. Got him pictures of Warren and York road car accident location. Didn’t even go to court. Talked to the judge. Settled out of court. Didn’t waste my time or tax payers money. Truly a legal scholar and a gentleman. If a Maryland lawyer could be honest this one is.

Hired Attorney Richard Shapiro

I have been represented by Richard Shapiro on several occasions. He was extremely helpful and the compensation that I received for personal injury was more than I anticipated. Mr. Shapiro is very friendly and easy to talk to. He is extremely ethical. He got me an extension on a rental car when the insurance company wanted it back. I would definitely recommend him. His office is conveniently located in downtown Baltimore close to the bus,subway, and light rail (great if your car got wrecked!).

Richard Shapiro has been my attorney since 1992. I have used him successfully many times as does my family. He is one of the best attorney's in the state of Maryland.

I’m a client of shapiro he is a terrible lawyer it’s been 8 months and I haven’t had any updates on my case anytime I call all they tell me is that he hasn’t settled my case yet this is unacceptable and I’m looking to replace him as my attorney

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.

Lawyers who have received peer reviews after 2009 will display more detailed information, including practice areas, summary ratings, detailed numeric ratings and written feedback (if available). Details for individual reviews received before 2009 are not displayed.
