I first contacted JENKINS BLOCK after a work related accident which resulted in a traumatic brain injury as well as neck and back injuries. It was a very difficult case as I had pre-existing degenerative disc disease and stenosis. After a lengthy battle with Workmen’s Comp. insurance, I finally won my case and received a settlement that was even larger than the attorney thought it would be. Corey Pollard did a fantastic job with my Workmen’s Comp. case. But that wasn’t the end of my fight. I had also applied for disability which I desperately need due to my chronic pain and injuries. That was not an easy battle either. Two years and two denials later, another fantastic attorney with JENKINS BLOCK , Jonathan B. Dennis, helped me win my disability case before the ALJ. There was constant communication with the lawyers at Jenkins and Block. They were diligent about obtaining the paperwork needed for my case. I was responsible for very little evidence needed for the case. I felt confident that Jenkins and Block had my best interests in mind.

There were many people within the firm that were attentive to my needs. The lawyers acquired most of paperwork needed for the case and I was responsible for very little information.

They did not follow thru with anything they said. If I didn't keep on them we would still be waiting for a hearing. Even after I got the hearing they still didn't know what was going on. All they were was a warm body in the chair.

Jenkins Block & Associates are the worst law firm ever.. They top LAwyers Brent Is completely unprofessional he doesn’t know how to talk to his clients. He doesn’t communicate with them and very disrespectful .this law firm Has held my case up without getting me anything I received no benefits during my time with them. They won’t fight for anything and they are nasty to their Clients Jenkins block & associates are the worst law firm in Virginia please please please do not use them to represent you in any case they will botch your case and then when they don’t like what you say To them, they will drop you from their caseload during a case because they don’t like to communicate to you about your case. Corey Pollard is a very, very nasty Lawyer his whole firm is very unprofessional So I recommend that nobody nobody use Jenkins block & associates They had me on Workers Comp for almost 3 years and I never received any payments. I ended up homeless twice dealing with them during this case.

Don’t use these people and don’t use Corey Pallard. I was never on Jenkins and blocks site but Corey Pallard is with the company that plays games with you and will treat you just like the bad insurance companies for worker’s comp. They treated me like I was a liar and couldn’t wait for upset me so that they can withdraw. They never Intended on helping me and watch all of the lying woman. Attorneys in Virginia are the worst. They made my case worse then what it was then they lie and come back with excuses just like the one they will have when they answer to this. Don’t trust thrm
