Very slow and inexistent communication. You will have to call they are not motivated to help you they are motivated by money. They don't follow any processes and allow the insurance adjusters to dictate the outcomes. Their communication is in which you have to call and email multiple times to get one response, Even when your case is over they drag it out months because they were never doing their jobs. So you fall in the crack without checks and balances to even gauge where the case is. They don't confirm any information and allow clients to sit around twiddling their thumbs while they tell you how much they will charge for your case. Yet when it's time for them to work and get you that settlement or even ensure the delivery of your settlement they go missing. Simply they have no interest in helping people only giving condescending attitudes and piss poor work ethic that forces the client to do all the work while they sit back and pad their pocket with a 30% fee doing absolutely .
Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing due to ongoing communication issues. Emails and calls often went unanswered for extended periods, and I rarely received proactive updates about my case. I had to repeatedly follow up just to get basic information. This lack of communication caused significant stress and made it difficult to feel confident about the progress of my case. While the legal advice itself was acceptable, the client service did not meet expectations. I hope the firm works on improving responsiveness and transparency for future clients.
He continually ignored our phone call and emails weeks at a time. He made our case than it was. He was very unprofessional. He tried to save face as saying he did some pro brono counsel for us to cover up the fact he consistently didn't respond to us. We regret doing business with him. DO NOT hire him as a attorney unless you want to be ignored on a consistent basis and waste your money.
