Leave a review about your experience with this lawyer.Mr. Cornbrooks and I worked closely together to address several simultaneously occurring organizational issues, any one of which could have generated litigation that would have had an impact on the organization for years to come. The advice he provided to the organization’s decision-makers was designed to achieve the best outcome for the organization by (a) avoiding litigation and (b) posturing the client to succeed if litigation arose. In retrospect, it is evident that his experience as a litigation attorney greatly assisted the organization in navigating these issues. Mr Cornbrooks was available at all times and patiently worked with the client to ensure that all options were thoroughly understood.
Worked with Mr. Cornbrooks in some very difficult stressful situations, and he provided sage advice. His client did not appreciate his advice, but he "stuck to his guns" and explained all the implications of various courses of action.
E.I. “Skip” Cornbrooks was the dedicated and professional lawyer my family needed when our world was changed. He was quick to follow through on all deadlines, requests and correspondence, and communicated with us every step of the way. Skip never lost sight of how dealing with insurance companies and injuries affected my entire family, and always made sure to check in on both a business and personal level. Since settling my case, Skip continues to be a resource for my family, helping to navigate insurance questions, making sure we maintain our settlement agreement. Skip's positive, straight forward approach took the "lawyer stress" out of an already stressful insurance situation for me and my family. He was exactly the person we needed to represent us in our time of need.
