Wish I would have came in sooner. I hired Mr. Greene for an ugly custody battle over my daughter and thank god I did. I had been getting railroaded and my ex had been winning up until Mr. Greene was on my case. The script totally flipped. It was looking like I was gonna end up sharing custody of my 3 year old and after Mr. Greene was finished I was awarded full custody. I can not thank him or his staff enough. Highly recommend
Mr. Greene is a more than competent lawyer, when considered in the usual sense of able client representation. Of equal importance, however, I have been extremely impressed with two additional aspects of his practice. First, his staff is superb, particularly his paralegal. Second, his responsiveness and attention to client needs are, to my way of thinking, without equal. He answers email questions I send him himself, usually within 15 minutes. I wanted to share my experiences while using Benjamin R. Greene and Associates. My case wasn't a difficult case as some out there i know. I appreciate that while using this law office that they didn't play off my emotions to try get me to go for the throat.
