Mr. Redington does not sugar coat anything to get you to sign a contract he is very upfront with his communication, he makes sure you understand everything from start to finish and that is what makes him very professional, outstanding in his service and ethical.
I cannot begin to express how unethical and unprofessional my experience with Michael and Associates has been. After hiring them to represent me in a very sensitive legal case—one involving threats to my life, including threats of murder and imprisonment—the firm accepted my retainer and gathered highly confidential information about my case. Only after they had all the details did they inform me of a "serious conflict of interest" and voided my payment, completely abandoning me without explanation or even the courtesy of a phone call. As a law firm, it is their responsibility to conduct conflict of interest checks before taking on clients, before accepting payment, and especially before gathering sensitive information. By failing to do so, they not only acted negligently but have potentially jeopardized my entire case. I now find out that they have some kind of connection to the individual who has made these violent threats against me.
