A proud Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Army Reserve, Wes has served over 30 years in the Army, Army National Guard, and as a Judge Advocate (Army Lawyer). His distinguished military career includes deployments to Afghanistan and Kuwait, where he supervised teams of attorneys and provided critical legal counsel to general officer commanders. He has also served with distinction as legal advisor to senior military leaders and elected officials, negotiating complex, high stakes matters with precision and integrity. Wes earned his J.D. from South Texas College of Law and holds an LL.M. in military law, with a specialized focus on government contracting. This advanced expertise uniquely positions him to represent defense contractors, clients navigating government security clearance issues, and those facing military administrative actions. In private practice since 2006, Wes excels in the courtroom and provides skilled representation across a broad spectrum of matters, including personal injury, family law and employment law.
