Hired Attorney Mr. Jason Hoelscher

He took advantage of my husband’s personal injury settlement and was very greedy walking away with more than double what my husband received and my husband is unable to work for the rest of his life while this man is a wealthy man and my husband was a manual labor truck driver. He played it off like he was on my husband’s side doing the best he could for him, all the while making deals with the defense that my husband wasn’t aware of. He took advantage of my uneducated husband being naive and trusting and walked away with more than double what my husband received and left him with peanuts. I don’t know how people like this sleep at night. Find a kind good hearted attorney if they exist. Don’t hire this greedy despicable man.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
