I filled out their on line request for contact. After many days I had to call them, they never reached out. It was about a slander case, like they have advertised on their site. After a second call, I reached a provider and staff at the law firm. We spoke briefly about the issue and she said she would speak to the firm and see if they would take a slander case. That is of course what they advertise the specialize in. Crickets, they never even bothered to call me back. if they don't want people to reach out via the internet on their site, then say so. When you say you call someone back, call them back. it is rude to just never reach out again. If you don't wan the case, fine. Just say so. I answer 911 calls and fight fire for a living, thank goodness we are responsive when people need help.
