Hired Attorney

I would like to extend my deepest appreciation to Attorney R.C. Pate of Michael & Associates in San Antonio for his exceptional representation of my son during a very difficult time for our family. Mr. Pate’s professionalism, legal skill, and genuine compassion made a tremendous difference in the outcome of my son’s assault case. Thanks to his diligent work, clear communication, and strategic guidance, my oldest son was able to avoid a lengthy prison sentence and instead received probation. Although my son must serve 90 days in jail followed by a significant probation period, we recognize how fortunate he is, and we are profoundly grateful. Importantly, no one was injured, and Mr. Pate helped ensure the court considered the full context, including youth and impulsive decision-making. What stood out most was Mr. Pate’s willingness to spend time with us after the trial. He sat with our family, answered every question, and helped us understand and after probation no conviction!
