Hired Attorney Nathaniel Mack III

I was forced to terminate Mr. Mack's services after he entered into a settlement agreement with the liability insurance carrier without my consent. I requested the Mack Firm to send me copies of my contract, letters of protection, letters requesting reduction of medical expenses and disbursement sheet and his office manager said no such documents existed. I know this to be a lie. Right there and then I decided to terminate his services as I cannot continue with a professional relationship with an attorney who allows his staff to make misrepresentations to his clients. I wish I would have never hired this attorney as I requested copies of my file last week and he is still igoring my request. Mr. Mack has left me no choice but to file a grievance and seek the State Bar's assistance in this matter. It is a very sad day when an attorney fails to conduct himself in a professional manner. Oh his office further refused to follow my request for them to disclose all ascpects of my case

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
