Kara helped me determine the best way to go on a decision to either create a living trust or do a simple Deed Transfer on Death. She was so helpful and even dropped paperwork off at me house to help me avoid trying to park downtown during a crowded festival time. Highly recommend her.

I was told how good she was, and it didn't take long for me to see for myself. By the time she did her research and appeared in Court, she had the other party backed in a corner. In a matter of minutes the other party left the Court looking sheepish and in possession of a new bill to pay!
