Hired Attorney

I hired Tully Rinckey for an employment issue and regretted it almost immediately. Ms. Wlodarczyk was not proactive at all, in fact I had to drag her and others at the firm into handling the matters that I hired them for. Then the communication was terrible. I told them of deadlines and had to push them to do anything by that time. They also required retainer agreements and amounts for every little phase of my case. I should have read the BBB complaints about Ms. Wlodarczyk beforehand, and I recommend anyone considering hiring them do so. It reflects the type of bad experience I had with this firm. I changed to a much more reputable firm ASAP, although I was out my initial retainer of thousands. Don't make the same mistake!
