Emily E. Landeros has practiced family law since 2015, focusing on complex divorces, child custody litigation, modification actions, pre- and post-marital agreements, termination and adoption, and other family law matters.Emily is an experienced attorney and litigator. She honed her trial advocacy skills while working for the Hays County District Attorney’s Office as an Assistant District Attorney, where she represented the Department of Family and Protective Services in cases involving abuse and neglect of children.Emily earned her J.D. with honors from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in 2015. During law school, she served as Managing Editor of the SMU Law Review Association and as a judicial extern for the Honorable Catharina Haynes of the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
