Caroline Hall has devoted her entire career exclusively to the area of family law. She successfully represents clients in high conflict child custody, conservatorship and possession matters, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, orders of protection, relocation petitions, modification petitions, and divorce cases involving issues of property tracing, high-net worth asset division, custody, child support and spousal support.
Caroline uses artful negotiation skills to secure creative, favorable settlements for her clients, while simultaneously accepting that litigation is often necessary and putting her clients in the best position for trial.
Caroline recognizes that clients are coming to her at one of the most difficult and uncertain times in their lives, and treats clients with empathy and respect while using sharp litigation skills and passionate advocacy to ensure that they are able to maintain personal and financial dignity throughout the divorce process and into the next chapter of their lives.
Caroline is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and Fordham University School of Law, where she clerked for a Justice of the New York Supreme Court. She lives in Austin with her husband and enjoys running along Lady Bird Lake, traveling, and cheering on the Longhorns in her free time.
