Hired Attorney Ms. Karen Boston

Karen was invaluable in helping me through some very difficult child support and custody issues. She was thorough, straight forward and professional whilst also being kind and, compassionate to my challenges as a single mother. Karen made herself available at times when she was not in the office. I always had the feeling that she believed in me and that she cared. It was comforting to have someone as strong as Karen supporting me.

Hired Attorney Mr. Roger Katz

Retained Lipton, Katz, Boston law firm for a divorce case. Worked with Karen Boston in the beginning, and she is an excellent attorney. Moved onto Steven Smith, who later left the firm, and that was anything but a positive experience. Then worked with Roger Katz to close out the case. Roger is very professional with a high degree of integrity. He's affable, polite and intelligent. These pleasant qualities however can be a liability if opposing counsel is unscrupulous and the case is contentious. Roger is not the bare knuckled fighter who will push back in these situations. So, if being sued or divorced, if the opposition is honest and above board, Mr. Katz will be an excellent choice to move towards a mutually agreeable and fair conclusion. If opposition is underhanded and dishonest, I would recommended someone who will punch back harder than Roger, which is why I prefer Karen Boston in this law firm.
