He took the money and then refuses to return phone calls, emails, or requests for meetings. He has no cell phone. It's almost been a year since he's been hired and he hasn't filed a single motion or brief with the court. He was hired to challenge a falsified conviction. I had pled guilty to lesser charges but the court clerks or judge incorrectly changed the charges and sentencing while barring me from filing pro se.
