Brittany Bonetti is a Partner at Cooper Levenson, based in the firm’s Atlantic City and Cherry Hill offices. She is a member of the Healthcare, Cannabis, and Tax Law Practice Groups.
Brittany advises hospitals, health systems, medical staffs, individual physicians, and physician groups on a wide range of business and regulatory matters, including HIPAA and HITECH compliance. She has extensive experience preparing and negotiating health-related agreements, including business associate, physician/mid-level employment, and shareholder agreements. Brittany also counsels clients on Stark Law, Fraud and Abuse, Anti-Kickback statutes, and state regulatory requirements, as well as drafting and reviewing Medical Staff Bylaws. In addition, she provides guidance on privacy and cybersecurity matters in the healthcare sector.
Earlier in her career, Brittany served as a law clerk to the Honorable Eugene J. McCaffrey, Jr., P.J.Cv., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Woodbury. During law school, she completed legal internships with the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, the Medical Society of New Jersey, and Cooper University Hospital.
