Jim helped me out tremendously in a time of need when my son found his self in trouble with his 2nd DUI,he was honest about the options he had and kept me up to date on all his case information. He kept my son out of jail and got him a very good deal. His knowledge of the court system & experience with DUI’s is 5 star ! Thanks Jim!

I wouldn't say I make dumb decisions but I have a lot of bad luck. My good luck was coming across an ad for DUI Jim. Ticket (not my fault!) after ticket and he never judged he just helped me through the process and in the end every time I came out better than I thought I would. Thanks Jim!

My license got suspended and I was worried I couldn't drive to work but Y&Y got me all straightened out and they ended up saving me my job. Phew!

Hired Attorney Mr. James Yeargan Jr.

James successfully helped me through a questionable DUI charge and negotiated a reduced judgment for me. It was not an easy case as in my district no video-recordings were available to give evidence of critical gaps in the police report. James went above and beyond to find other ways to support my statement. Given that I did not pay per hour but one total fee, I was very impressed with the amount of work James invested in helping me.

I feel that he could of made a better decision and asked for a trial where the first judge I had would of made decision without the DA instead we got a different judge that gave me worse than what the DA offered.
