About Taryn W. Harper

Taryn serves as a trusted advisor and litigator for pharmaceutical, medical device, and cosmetics companies. She routinely helps clients navigate FDA compliance, recalls, and reporting issues and advises on risk mitigation and prelitigation strategies. Taryn also represent clients in product liability matters brought in state and federal courts throughout the country, and draws on her experience as a federal law clerk to vigorously defend her clients in litigation.

Taryn serves as Pro Bono Coordinator for the firm’s Atlanta office and is actively involved in pro bono representation and community organizations. She is a member of the Defense Research Institute, for which she has held various leadership positions.
