  medical providers who were colluding to drive the value of the case up by recommending unnecessary, passive modalities of treatment without appreciable improvement.
  First-chaired jury trial in Walton County regarding trucking accident where Plaintiff sustained significant injuries resulting in multiple spinal fusions
  over $500,000.00 in medical special damages. Obtained a verdict of $50,000.00 by successfully arguing that Plaintiff's spinal conditions pre-existed the subject accident (radiologist expert testimony).
