Hired Attorney

He provided me with the alternatives I had and then helped me secure what I was requesting from my company to avoid having to go into a formal lawsuit. I felt no pressure from him to pursue a lawsuit and I simply paid him for the services he provided me which was well worth it - to get a favorable resolution to my dispute with my company.
