About Ms. Morgan McClure

Morgan McClure is an associate in the Atlanta office, where she focuses her practice on appellate, education, and governmental liability matters.

Before joining the firm, Morgan gained extensive experience in education and government law through a variety of legal internships and externships. At the Georgia Institute of Technology, she worked with both the Office of Equal Opportunity, Compliance, and Conflict Management and the Georgia Tech Athletic Association, where she researched Title IX and NCAA legal issues, attended investigatory meetings, and drafted and reviewed athletics and employment contracts.

While attending Georgia State University College of Law, she also supported the Maurice R. Greenberg School of Risk Science as a Graduate Teaching Assistant, assisting students with legal writing and providing substantive feedback on coursework.

During law school, Morgan worked with Hall Booth Smith’s Government Affairs and Education groups, where she researched legislative developments impacting education and gained firsthand experience with the legislative process.

Morgan earned her Juris Doctor, summa cum laude, from Georgia State University College of Law, where she was a member of the Order of the Coif, the Library Advisory Council, and the Georgia Association of Women Lawyers student chapter. She received CALI Excellence for the Future Awards for achieving the highest grade in Global Perspectives on Children and the Law, Women’s Legal History, and Corporate Compliance.
