I was notified by my Probate Attorney about a claim against my husbands estate. She was not comfortable dealing with Bankruptcy Law. Mr. Stanley Lefco was recommended to me. I contacted him the same day. He spent a lot of time listening to me. He was patient, kind, astute, professional in approach, helpful and was very clear about what documents he needed to proceed. We worked together as I provided the documents he needed and he worked and got me the results I desired. I would recommend him to everyone who had Estate problems or needed to cleanup documents from bankruptcy.
Mr. Lefco represented myself and three other homeowner's in a suit filed by us against our HOA. He kept us informed and gave us advise as to how to proceed with our case in relation to doing what was best for us and our needs.

A person with average or good common sense would be better off representing themselves. He is good at filing your paperwork, but i would think every attorney would be. But in the court room he is invisible, intimidated. Poor court room attorney. Would not refer him to anyone.
Stan filed my case in the wrong court and the case was closed and now I am the defendant in another court where I was originally the plaintiff. I paid off my balance and then 1 month later received a bill twice my previous balance with multiple errors. I emailed Stan with no response. Since my case was handled so poorly I switched to another attorney and and am still dealing with the repercussions of his poor representation. Stan also refused to arbitrate the unjustified fee with the state bar and instead filed a lawsuit against me and has been continuously harassing me to pay something that is not owed. Since I got him through legal shield they are refusing to help defend me and I had to hire another attorney to deal with him. He also has a poor memory. Hiring him as my attorney was one of the worst decisions I ever made.
