About Kyle R. Jackson, Sr.

Kyle spent the first five years of his career as a corporate defense lawyer at the same preeminent national trial defense firm as Partner, Alan Holcomb. There, Kyle’s practice included representing apartment complexes, housing associations, property owners, property management companies, major corporations, and international insurance companies. In early 2020, Kyle re-committed his career to serving individuals and families who have fallen victim to significant personal injury or wrongful death. Kyle spent the next two years of his career at another prominent plaintiff’s firm before joining the team at Turnbull, Holcomb & LeMoine, PC to continue the pursuit of his highest value – putting people first. Kyle counsels, cares, and advocates for his clients and applies the tireless work ethic he learned as a varsity football scholar-athlete at Georgia Tech to his daily pursuit of justice for them.

Kyle’s law practice focuses on cases involving negligent security, unsafe premises, catastrophic personal injury, and wrongful death. He is licensed to practice law in the District of Columbia, Florida, and Georgia; but, has handled, and can handle, cases nationwide. Kyle’s longest tenure of practice occurred, primarily, in Miami, Florida. South Florida is well-known as one of the toughest and most difficult locations to practice law in the country. This tough “upbringing” has fostered in Kyle a unique grit that benefits his clients.

Prior to law school, Kyle attended, and played football for, the Georgia Institute of Technology where he was a member of the 2009 ACC Championship team, served as a varsity starter and letterwinner at both Inside and Outside Linebacker, and earned the accolades of ACC Defensive Rookie of the Year (2008) and Honorable Mention Freshman All-American (2008) before having his career cut short by injury. Kyle remains active with the Georgia Tech Letterwinners Club, serving as an alumni mentor to current student-athletes interested in a future in law. Kyle then attended Georgia State University, College of Law, where he won multiple mock trial championships including one national championship. Kyle remains active with the law school’s Student Trial Lawyers Association (mock trial team), serving as a team coach, guest judge, and “scrimmage attorney.”

Kyle is originally from Houston, Texas; but was raised primarily in McDonough, Georgia. Kyle and his family are active members of New Hope Baptist Church in Fayetteville, Georgia where his father-in-law, Al Mead, III, is the North Campus Pastor.

Kyle and his wife, Ashley—a pediatric anesthesiologist—have three young children and two Alaskan Malamutes. In his spare time, Kyle enjoys playing with his kids and dogs, hiking the Great Smoky Mountains, and all things Atlanta sports.
