Hired Law Firm

I first want to thank Juliana Cowart for helping me with another case that involved a Cobb county school bus accident. Long story short the other lawyer from a different law firm I hired gave me 3 hours to reply to a settlement, before we go to jury trial. Since I was the engineer for this particular building I was stuck between a rock, and a hard place. To keep my paperwork confidential from my employer I brought this to Juliana Cowart attention, and without hesitation she notarized the paper work, and kept this information from my employer's prying eyes. I also want to thank Aimie Ingram, and Gordon Van Reemen for helping with my mother case that happen on my birthday. When I first walking in as a customer i was greeted, and sat with Gordon Van Reemen in less then 20 seconds from when I first entered the room. There they took notes, heard my story, explain to me the procedure she should take, protected my mom from being accused for causing the accident. Thank y'all for everything..

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
