About Mr. Geoffrey Edward Probst

I started The Probst Law Firm to help people who are personally injured to recover full compensation for what was taken as a result of another's negligence. I have handled over 750 cruise line cases involving both passengers and crew members, in federal and state court as well as in arbitration. I have handled cases involving virtually everything around cruise ship accidents from wrongful death to slip and falls and everything in between. I have worked alongside and against some of the best personal injury attorneys. As a result, I have seen what works and what doesn’t for both the liable party and those who have been personally injured. I have learned that when it comes to personal injury, the best offense is the former defense. Because my experience running an in-house litigation department for a major cruise line is unique, I have focused my practice on cruise ship injuries. But, I also represent those seriously injured on shore in MVA, Slip and Fall Injuries, Negligent Security, Catastrophic Injury, & Wrongful Death.
