About Mr. Douglas Max Robinson

Mr. Robinson's insurance litigation practice is focused on representing and assisting individuals who are wrongfully denied disability insurance benefits or who have had their benefits wrongfully terminated by insurance companies, including insurance companies acting as plan administrators for group employment benefits under ERISA. He has developed a detailed knowledge of disability insurance and ERISA law.
