He took my call the same day and saw me in person on a Saturday and I just got a fine and that was all.
I consulted with Daryl Cohen and he violated attorney client privilege by disclosing confidential information about me to the opposing side's counsel which ultimately was used against me in court. I am exploring my options currently as to what steps I will be taking regarding this monumental breach of trust and fiduciary resonsibilty, however, in the meantime I think I'm obligated to warn others about what I've experienced. I have asked for a refund but have a feeling he will call my bluff. That would be a very bad decision on his part, just like sharing the confidential details of our communications with a third party.
