It sounds like you've been through a frustrating and challenging experience with your legal representation regarding your shoulder injury and settlement. Here's a revised version of your message:"I am deeply dissatisfied with the legal representation I received regarding my shoulder injury. Despite clearly instructing them about the damage to my shoulder, they disregarded my directions and made decisions without my full consent. This led to a difficult battle to obtain the full settlement I deserved. I regret choosing them as my legal counsel as they did not show the respect and transparency I expected.The end result was that I was not fully informed about the status of my shoulder injury claim, and it was seemingly swept under the rug. I later discovered that I could not file a new claim for my shoulder injury due to their handling of the situation. Furthermore, I was not made aware when I signed the settlement agreement that it only covered compensation for my knee injury, neglecting
