Having participated in more than 15 trials, Austin works up and evaluates each matter with a view towards trial.

Trusted by clients, Austin leverages his in-house experience at a Fortune 50 retailer to identify problems before they arise, and develops creative strategies to approach them. He takes a strategic, practical and results-driven approach to litigation, and counsels clients with a 360 degree mindset.
