Allison Ng represents companies in complex commercial litigation and defends high-profile product liability, pharmaceutical, and medical device cases throughout the country in state and federal courts. She has experience litigating lawsuits from single-plaintiff claims to consolidated or coordinated proceedings, concurrent federal and state litigation, multidistrict litigation, class actions, multi-county litigation, and mass-tort litigation. Allison serves as liaison counsel for a global pharmaceutical company in multidistrict litigation.

Allison understands the evolving regulatory framework and business issues impacting retailers, manufacturers, and branded and emerging companies. She collaborates with her team to determine the best course of action for a matter, while balancing the client’s reputation, litigation cost, and potential impact.
