I contacted the Allen Law Group to assist me with filing a foreclosure. This law firm provided the most reasonable price of all of the law firms I received quotes from. They seem to really care about their clients and helping.
I have enjoyed my closing process with the Allen Law Group. I purchased a FSBO and there were no agents involved. Dana and her team jumped in to make sure we stayed on track. I would highly recommend using this firm.
Working with the Allen Law Group was the best decision I could have made. I am an investor in the Atlanta area and I found Attorney Allen to be very detailed. She did not miss a beat along the way. The law firm was very accommodating to request that both I and the buyer made. We had opposite schedules on the day of closing and they were able to juggle all of our request. This law firm is my new go-to! I highly recommend trying them out.
I have worked with Dana Allen for about 10 months now on various issues and projects. The best way to describe her working style? Professional, organized, and dedicated. Dana ensures that you feel secure in working with her by giving you her undivided attention and care, while also ensuring that no detail goes unnoticed in getting to your bottom line. Her office staff is attentive and knowledgeable and always makes you feel like a priority. I wish I had found her earlier and am grateful that I was referred to her.
I wanted to sell the house without having to physically travel to Atlanta, Georgia from Ohio and I wanted a set of eyes to be on all the legal aspects and all the crazy paper work involved in selling a house. I researched the Allen Law Group online before moving forward. Dana, the owner, called me. I explained my situation. She explained the process and the cost involved with doing a mail away. She seemed very nice and reasonable. I decided to hire her firm and boy I am glad I did. Her team was great. Faye was awesome. The entire team was very responsive and on top of everything. For a very reasonable fee, they took care of the entire process for me to be able to sign in Ohio and answered all my questions along the way. I would highly recommend them.
My closing started out fairly smoothly. Then, the seller started giving me a hard time about addressing things they said they would handle. Things got pretty bad. I contacted the law firm to let them know that I did not want to close with the sellers. They were able to put us in different areas to close. Ms. Allen had me laughing the whole time. Her staff brought out mimosas and we were able to let out a sigh of relief.
Very down to earth and easy to get in contact with.
The closing documents had so many errors that it delayed closing. The notary couldn't even notarize the documents because of names being misspelled. The property address was wrong, the price of the house was wrong... When I tried talking to her she was extremely rude. I asked if she was having a bad day and if maybe we should talk later, and she flipped out on me. She was the buyer's attorney; otherwise she would have been fired.
Allen Law Group was hired by the lending company Being used for buying my property. They have held my money that should have been released from earnest money when the buyer failed to close on the contracted date. I had paid lots of money to move and be ready for the closing and the buyer failed to close. Instead of releasing the earnest money like professionals Allen Law Group is trying to hold the funds to keep themselves.
