She has extensive experience in advising both listed and non-listed companies across the full spectrum of financial transactions including, but not limited to, sale & leaseback, high yield bonds, convertible bonds, syndicated lending, leveraged acquisition and loan restructurings.
Panagiota provides comprehensive guidance through the out-of-court process of corporate debt restructuring, reorganisation and refinancing, from negotiation to implementation. She is broadly experienced in advising on corporate financing matters and she has been actively involved in a series of high profile mergers and acquisitions, from due diligence and financial structuring to full implementation.
She has worked at Alpha Bank and Piraeus Bank, currently heading the RBU Legal of the latter, as Senior Director.
