About Mr. Fotis Bregiannis

Fotis is an associate with the Firm and a member of the Employment team. He advises on a wide range of employment law matters, including documenting employment contracts for all levels of personnel. Fotis advises on compliance with the complex employment legislation and regulations imposed on employers and their employees and managing the associated risks. Fotis also advises on terms and conditions of employment, employment related policies, recruitment and dismissals, as well as remuneration, pensions and benefits packages and social security issues. He participates in employment due diligence in the context of financial, corporate and commercial transactions. Prior to joining the firm, Fotis was in-house counsel in Employment and International Labour Relations at a leading global transport and logistics company. He also trained with Bernitsas Law. Fotis holds a Degree in Law and an LLM in Labour Law from the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens and an LLM in Labour Law and Employment Relations from Tilburg University. He is currently a PhD Candidate in European Labour Law at Université Catholique de Louvain, where he also served as a PhD Researcher between 2017-2022. Fotis is admitted to the Athens Bar (2016).
