Josh's interest in law began at the early age of 16 when he began working in a law firm as a high school student. He attended undergraduate school at the University of Georgia and went to law school at Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, Florida.

Josh began his legal career in Pensacola, Florida working at an insurance defense firm, though his passion was always to help individuals rather than corporations. After enduring Hurricane Ivan, he was forced to move from Pensacola and eventually relocated to Athens, Georgia where he is devoted exclusively to pursuing justice for plaintiffs. Josh remains licensed in both Georgia and Florida to practice law.

Very knowledgeable in his work and also professional at giving good advice. Determined to do his job in a timely manner. Joshua is very respectful person. The lady at the front desk is just so nice and cheerful makes you feel like you or talking to one of your own family member. I would recommend him to anyone who looking for a great lawyer.

Josh and Cap fought for me for nearly two years while the opposing party tried every trick in the book to paint me as at fault. This was despite clear evidence to the contrary and the sworn statement of the Georgia State Patrol officer who was the first responder at the scene. The opposing party’s insurance repeatedly lowballed me for a full year, offering a settlement that was less than half their client’s insurance policy and not even enough to cover my hospital bills. Almost two years to the day, Josh and Cap settled my case for 50% higher than the opposing party’s insurance policy—nearly 3.5 times more than the insurance company’s original offer. I cannot express the gratitude and respect I have for this team of real-life superheroes. Thank you so much for all you do, for what you stand for, and for the genuine care you have for your clients. I cannot recommend The Law Office of Joshua Branch highly enough!

Wish I had more space for this review because there was so many wonderful things Joshua did for me. I was in a serious car wreck and had many back surgeries and injections over almost a 5 year stretch. It was a really bad time in my life and finding Joshua through a friend was like God was watching out for me. He was always there to help me get through this difficult time. He helped me in more ways than just being a great attorney. I highly recommend hiring him if you need an attorney.
