We used Summer Woodson Berg for advisement when we purchased a ranch in Pueblo, Colorado. It was a rather complicated transaction because we were obtaining special renovation financing for a historical home, there were water rights issues, and we were assembling multiple lots. There were a lot of bumps in the road but she helped get us to the finish line and we couldn't’t be happier in our dream home.
