Jack is one of the best attorneys in Western North Carolina. He is highly respected, something he has earned over his many years practicing law. He knows the law, but almost just as important, he is level-headed and can see you through the storm you’re going through. I cannot say enough about how much I love and respect both Jack and Happy. They may not always tell you what you want to hear, they tell you what you need to hear- and then set out to achieve the best possible outcome in your case. I highly recommend Jack and Happy.

I was given Jack's name from a friend that said he was one of the best lawyers in Asheville. Jack did not disappoint! I met with Jack to see if he would be willing to take my case. I felt so comfortable talking to him. After he heard my story, he agreed to take my case to a jury trial and go to work for me. He kept me informed through the process and I never had a problem picking up the phone and making contact with him or his staff. When we got to court, I had such a peace once I saw how Jack interacted in the court room. It was evident that he was a veteran lawyer and his experience was going to be in my favor. After 3 hard days in the court room, the jury came back with a unanimous verdict of not guilty. I am so thankful that I chose Jack Stewart to represent me. I hope I never need him again, but if I do, he would be my first choice! Thanks Jack!

Mr. Stewart is an extremely intelligent and proficient attorney. His presence is understated and unassuming. He seems to be taking it easy when in fact he is diligently working on your case. I am so thankful that we hired Mr. Stewart, and I will do it again (if ever need be) in a heartbeat.

This attorney is a very good trial lawyer and well liked. He is an aggressive attorney in court and people take notice. He knows the law!!

Mr. Stewart is concerned about 2 things-himself and his bank account. He is not concerned about you or others that may be affected by his performance as a lawyer. He did nothing for my case, to the contrary, he made things worse. I'm not sure how he has managed to stay a lawyer this long (he does have a reprimand on file) but you have been warned. I am still dumbfounded by the way he handled my case, it was as if he just got out of law school. Do not hire this man, there are too many other lawyers that will do your case justice.
