Barbour, Searson, Jones & Cash, PLLC is a law firm established in 2009 with an office in Asheville, NC. At this office location, there are 4 lawyers practicing personal injury, medical malpractice, business litigation and 3 other areas of law.
In 2011 I had a case that I brought to Mr Cash. The entire case was basically completed for him and handed to him. The only thigs he did were: - Got my retainer (that's normal) - Messed up the temporary restraining order that he was supposed to execute on my old business partners, which resulted in my case being thrown out, and I lost everything. - Kept harassing me after that to put *more* money in the account so he could keep representing me. I dropped $10k on this guy for him to mess up a restraining order. I was so traumatized from it that it took me this long to write a review on him. I should have put in a complaint about him to the state bar. But after that I was done with all hope. Please don't let this guy do the same thing to you. If he sees this, he will know who I am.
I do not recommend you trust Stephen Cash with your freedom or your life! I had a absolutely terrible experience with him. It was only after spending exuberant money that I found out he was a very timid lawyer whom in my opinion doesn't believe in his clients even when they are not guilty and present blatant facts proving so, I think Mr. Cash chooses to take the easier path that won't disgruntle his District Attorney buddies rather than truly fight for his clients rights and what they deserve. If you want a lawyer who is willing to just accept the first deal offered and not push for your future this is your guy!
