Brian Walker is a gifted lawyer and Asheboro native who has done it all and is ready to tackle any challenge. There are few lawyers as well-rounded in both skill and experience as Brian.
After graduating with honors from both Wake Forest University and North Carolina Central University School of Law, Brian launched his career at a large, hard-hitting litigation firm in Greensboro where he handled complex business disputes and litigation. Looking to expand his litigation horizons, Brian next worked as a prosecutor with the Guilford County District Attorney’s office where he accumulated invaluable trial experience in criminal defense matters, including regular motions practice, jury trials, and bench trials. In 2010, Brian’s career took another exciting turn when he founded the law firm of Garrett and Walker, PLLC, along with former prosecutor Chad Garrett.
Since then, he has expanded his practice areas to include personal injury, wrongful death, worker’s compensation, business disputes, serious criminal offenses, and traffic offenses. In addition to having an impressive resume, Brian’s cool and confident demeanor has made him a natural with judges, jurors, and clients alike.
