Hired Attorney David Digiacomo

500 words is not enough to describe my experiences with David as my lawyer. I worked with David on and off over the last 5 years. David took time to ensure I fully understood my legal options and the possible outcome of each option. David was always professional and pragmatic even when communicating with my adversary's openly hostile counsel. David is dependable and consistent. I wrote more detailed reviews on Google and Yelp to explain why I would recommend David to anyone looking 4 legal help

Hired Attorney David Digiacomo

Mr. DiGiacomo and his staff care about you and your well-being. I really felt that he and his staff advocated for me in a fair, firm and compassionate way. They all worked hard to obtain a good result for me during a difficult emotional time. In fact, he negotiated and got for me more than I was originally wanting. He was really knowledgeable, but always explained things in clear, easy to understand language and didn't overload me with legalese. I recommend him highly.

Hired Attorney David Digiacomo

It didn't seem to take long for a settlement to be reached, but it has taken more than two weeks to get the check from the insurance company. The company says they mailed the check before I signed the final agreement. I wish he would press a little harder to get the check to me.
